All information such as name, address, email, and birthdate, etc is not shared with any business not currently working in conjunction with FarmOn!. All customer information is protected and will not be sold to any business not directly working with FarmOn!.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours of original receipt. Order production typically occurs 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of receipt. Orders are processed 7 days a week. If we (FarmOn!) are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Orders typically arrive within 7 business days. A shipment tracking notification will be provided to all customers to the customer provided email address.
Refund Policy
-FarmOn! will refund or replace products that are damaged or have manufacturing errors if reported within 30 days of delivery by using the Get in Touch! form or directly through email located on the Home page. A clear photo must be provided. Order number, date of order, delivery date, and reason for refund/replacement must be provided.
-Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval of refund.
-Refunds or replacements will not be issued for customer error such as wrong size, color, change of mind, incorrect address, etc.
